Mumbai, March 17, 2026: IT services company Mastek Limited (NSE: MASTEK) has secured a major international contract worth £15 million (around ₹150+ crore) from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the country’s financial regulator.
The contract will run for 2 years, with a possibility of extending for another 2 years. Under this deal, Mastek will support the FCA’s Digital Delivery Hub, helping build modern digital systems and improve regulatory processes.
This project is part of the UK government’s larger effort to modernize its financial systems, improve consumer protection, and strengthen market stability. Mastek will provide digital engineering, development, and service management solutions to support these goals.
According to the company, this deal highlights its strong expertise in handling complex and compliance-heavy projects. It also strengthens Mastek’s position as a trusted technology partner for government and regulatory bodies globally.
A senior company official said that this contract is an important milestone in Mastek’s growth in the UK and Europe region, especially in high-value digital transformation projects.
