Kellton Tech Solutions Limited has announced a partnership with FutureAge AI Labs to build Zourney, an AI-powered B2B travel platform designed for travel agents and travel businesses.
The new platform aims to simplify the travel booking process by using artificial intelligence across the entire booking value chain. It will help travel partners manage supplier onboarding, pricing decisions, booking management, and customer servicing more efficiently.
According to the company, many travel agents currently spend one to two days completing a single booking because they must search across multiple systems, suppliers, and communication channels. The new Zourney platform can reduce the entire booking workflow to less than five minutes, helping agents work faster and improve productivity.
The platform will provide travel businesses with real-time pricing intelligence, personalized booking options, and integrated payment systems, allowing agents to manage hotels, flights, and holiday packages through a single unified platform.
Niranjan Chintam, Executive Chairman of Kellton, said the travel industry is entering a new phase where intelligence and automation will drive growth rather than scale alone. The company believes AI-driven platforms like Zourney can help travel partners make smarter decisions and operate more efficiently.
The partnership reflects a growing shift in India’s travel technology sector toward AI-driven infrastructure and digital transformation for the travel trade ecosystem.
