March 10, 2026: PTC Industries Ltd (NSE: PTCIL | BSE: 539006) announced that its subsidiary Trac Precision Solutions has entered into a five-year strategic collaboration with Finland-based technology company Coolbrook Oy to support the development and manufacturing of components for RotoDynamic Heater™ (RDH™) technology, a breakthrough solution aimed at decarbonizing heavy industries.
Under the agreement, Coolbrook intends to appoint Trac as its preferred machining partner for aerofoil components, supporting the manufacturing of first-generation RDH units and future industrial scale-up. The partnership will involve design-for-manufacture collaboration, production readiness initiatives, and long-term manufacturing support.
Coolbrook’s RDH technology can reach temperatures of up to 1700°C, enabling electrification of high-temperature industrial processes. The technology is designed to replace fossil fuel combustion in sectors such as steel, cement, petrochemicals and chemicals, helping reduce carbon emissions in energy-intensive industries.
The collaboration marks PTC Group’s strategic entry into industrial electrification and clean technology manufacturing, expanding its participation in global decarbonization value chains. The framework also provides medium-term production visibility as the technology moves toward commercial deployment.
PTC Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision metal components for aerospace and high-performance applications, while its UK-based subsidiary Trac Precision Solutions produces complex engineered components for aerospace, defence, power generation and emerging clean-technology sectors.
The agreement establishes a structured cooperation framework over five years, positioning the PTC Group to support the global rollout of next-generation industrial decarbonization technologies.
